Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Fresh flowers and custom-baked cakes are perishable items prepared specifically for your order. Cancellations are accepted only when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Once preparation or baking begins, cancellation is not available.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only for genuine issues, such as a severe product defect or non-delivery caused by us. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged in transit or does not match your order, please report it with photographic evidence within 2 hours of delivery so our team can resolve it promptly.
